Angel Policy

We want you to use our digital stamps, craft downloads and scrapbook kits to just have lots of fun crafting and creating but...we do have a few rules about how you are allowed to use them so please just take a moment to read the below.

By purchasing any digital product from Jellypark you are agreeing to abide by these rules:

Use our images anytime you need them for your personal use on invitations, cards, scrapbooking and paper projects. You may use them on your website or banners but please ONLY if they are embedded into the design and it is not possible for someone to copy and save our original image. Credit for any image is not required but always appreciated :)

Small commercial use only is permitted eg, if you make handmade cards for sale online on Etsy or at craft fairs. If you want to use an image on a bigger commercial scale please get in touch to discuss the licensing fee for an image with Claire.

These images may be used digitally for resale ONLY if they are incorporated into an invitation, card or other design.

They may not be sold separately or collectively for:

Digital collage sheets
Digital clip art sets
Digital web art

Please do not 'share' these images. Please remember, it's hard for companies like ours to stay in business if they can't profit from their own creativity, originality and hard work. We want to keep devoting time to making new fun images for you to create with but we need everyone to play fair and pay for the pictures we make available. We will always try to keep our prices low and to offer you all regular freebies - we really, really appreciate your support :)

It is unfortunate that there are always some people do not abide by these rules :( please get in touch if you ever find people reselling our images or posting them up free on the internet so we can take steps to protect our business.
