FAQ

If your query is not answered below, please just get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to answer your questions

How do the instant downloads work?

Once you go through check out you will be sent an email confirming your purchase. In this email will be a link to download each digital file that you have chosen, click on the link and the file will be downloaded automatically to your computer. The link remains active for 24 hours and you can only download each file once. If you experience any problems just get in touch and we will sort it out for you straight away for you.

What size are the digital files?

Images are saved at:

  • 300 dpi jpeg files for digital stamps (each one mesures 1200 x 1800 pixels)
  • 150 dpi jpeg files for digital decoupage and craft sheets (these are made to fit A4 sheets of paper)
  • 300 dpi  png files for digital scrapbook and element packs (transparent backgrounds to allow you to layer images)

How do I pay?

We use Paypal as our payment system, the leading and safest way to pay for things over the internet. You do not have to have a Paypal account, you can use all leading debit and credit cards via Paypal to pay for your items. We will never see your card details or account numbers so you can be assured that Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay.

You may register with this website if you intend to come back and use us again and your address detail will be stored to allow you a quicker checkout on your next visits. We will never EVER send you spam emails or pass your details on to anybody else.

How much is postage?

All other postage is also FREE for a limited time!

We want you to be delighted with every item you buy from Jellypark, please get in touch if there is ever a problem and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

Due to their nature, digital items unfortunately cannot be refunded but please do get in touch if you have any problems and we will be eager to help.

As some of our products are made to order, you may receive your order in more than one parcel if you have ordered a number of different items. Apart from those listed below, we send out orders the next working day by First Class Post.

Digital products are available to download as soon as you have paid for them, you will be given a link to download these automatically in an email after checkout.

Box canvas prints are made to order, they will arrive within 6 working days of your order in UK by registered courier. Orders to other countries are sent by standard airmail post and should be with you within 14 working days of your order.

For personalised or commissioned paintings we will advise you on delivery times after we have discussed your requirements but we will always try to meet a quick deadline if you are in a hurry!

Help! How do I use digital images?

Are you new to using digital craft stamps? Watch this demonstration video to get you going:

Go to the file where your images are stored, it is a good idea to store all your images in one folder where you can find them again quickly - I keep mine on my desktop.

Open up your folder and right click on the image you want to print.

The image will open and you can then click on the print option.

Hopefully the programme you use to store photos or images will have some kind of printing wizard with will then guide you through the printing process!

(for A4 craft sheets, remember to select the 'fit picture' or similar to guarantee that the image fits nicely on your A4 page)

Printing results will vary depending on the paper and printer that you are using. A good quality paper heavier than the normal - 160g upwards is a really good weight.

Obviously the better the printer the better the results, but you can adjust most printer settings to print out good quality images - check your printer instructions (or ask your teenage children, mine understand it all better than me!)
